Auto Glass Service - Portland

Great price, great service! Eric, my tech showed up on time. I had to leave for work, and took my other car. Eric called me an hour later to tell me one windshield wiper arm had broken during the install, and that he had a new one on order. Later that day the broken part was replaced free of charge! A lot of businesses out there should take a lesson from Auto Glass Service on how to give great customer service!

The staff at Auto Glass Service in New London CT is amazing. Scheduling an appointment and customer service are EXCELLENT!! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. They saved me $550 that I would have paid to the dealer. Thank You Wendy, Kathy and mostly John, the technician who fixed my window. You folks are TOP OF THE LINE and deserve great respect for what you do!!! I can not thank you enough.

Albert M. and Herb were so efficient, effective, and kind during this stressful period. They were very assuring and competent. I especially appreciated Albert's understanding of the situation and his way of relieving my stress.

I was exceptionally satisfied with my technician George F. He was very professional and performed his job to perfection. He also explained the warranty info as far as what is covered and what would not be covered in detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving by doing a once over with me regarding the service. Once again I was satisfied to the utmost and will be honored to recommend Auto Glass Service to any of my family and friends that may be in need of service.

The technician did not call before coming, but I was expecting him so I was home all day anyway. They were very efficient!
