Auto Glass Service - Greensboro

Dear David, After receiving such attentive assistance from Dina in your Atlanta location, I asked her to give me your name so that I could send you an email letting you know how great she is.

My daughter goes to school in Atlanta, and someone threw a rock into her window yesterday afternoon and stole her GPS. This happened late in the day, and she was at a meeting off campus when this happened. I called the insurance company (I am in Maryland), got the name of your store, and spoke with Dina. She absolutely took charge of everything, taking down our insurance information, contacting my daughter and assuring me that she would take care of this as if my daughter were her own. And that’s exactly what she did.

She even volunteered (without my asking) to stay late in case my daughter decided to have the car towed to your store. In the end, we did not do so (the towing company in her warranty had to take the car to the nearest dealership at which your store is doing the work), but I was very grateful for the offer.

This morning, Dina called both myself and my daughter, to let us know the status of things. All is moving along wonderfully, thanks to Dina. She took charge in a stressful situation and took care of everything. She took the initiative as well, without my having to ask her this and that.

This email is from a very grateful mother and daughter!

Best regards,

Anne - Atlanta

Jeremy was incredible. He was clear about when he was coming. He arrived early. He REALLY knew what he was doing, which he did efficiently and quickly. I have never had such good service. His assistant was also good. The experience was terrific. I have only the highest praise for Jeremy and the job he did.

I was so pleased with the service received from Auto Glass Service in Danbury. Fred, who booked my appointment was very friendly and prompt in returning my calls. The service technician, Joel, did an excellent job, explained the procedures as I had questions, and was professional and friendly.

I was absolutely 100% satisfied from the original phone call that was made. The technician who installed it was very knowledgeable and he explained each step of the installment. He did a beautiful job and it looked great when he finished.  He was extremely courteous and knew exactly what he was doing.
