Auto Glass Service - Pontiac

I just wanted to let your company know how pleased I am with how you handled the repair on my vehicle. The service rep, Shante, was very pleasant to communicate with; you can tell she works with a smile on her face. I got a lead call to let me know when the technician would arrive. The technician, Manny, was on time, explained the work and warranty, and did an impeccable job I am very pleased. I'll refer business to your company whenever I can. Thank you!

James was my technician. I don't usually fill out surveys, but James went above and beyond in my opinion. You don't find that level of service and satisfaction much anymore. Thank you for sending him out. He is a 1st class kind of guy. I hope he goes far in your organization!
