I thought old-fashioned customer service was a thing of the past. Your technician John seems out to prove me wrong! Thank you for your superb, professional work and cheerful attitude!

The installer, Ross, was very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have work on my car. I give him the highest marks as a representative of your company. I hope you have more like him.

Howard D - Chicago

Tech was very courteous, prompt, and skilled. Couldn't have gone any smoother.

Keith worked a miracle for me. I was scheduled to leave Feb 17th and that was the earliest day Auto Glass Service could schedule my windshield to be replaced. Keith phoned me on Tuesday, the 15th and asked if he could come on Wednesday afternoon. He worked his schedule around my travel plans even though he had a full schedule. I feel much better going away knowing my vehicle will be safe to drive.
